Q: What Makes Your Internet Service so Different?

We’ve designed our network for two-way communication — faster uploads and downloads. Many providers only focus on download speeds, but real reliability depends on both. GoBrolly®’s fiber-backed hybrid network is built to minimize congestion, reduce latency, and maximize uptime. Think of it like a superhighway: other providers give you four lanes; we’ll build you as many as you need.

Q: How Reliable is GoBrolly® During Bad Weather?

Unlike other providers, GoBrolly Internet is not affected by rain, snow, or cloud cover. Our signal is received locally from nearby towers, not from orbit. Each tower is equipped with battery backup to prevent power outage disruptions. You can count on us — even when the weather doesn’t cooperate. Our downtime is measured in minutes, not hours or days.

Q: What if I Move or Want to Get Out of the Contract?

In order to get out of a contract we would require a written, 30-day notice to start the process. An Early Termination Fee (ETF) may apply if the term agreement has not been fulfilled, along with equipment removal from your business or home.

Q: Do You Include a Router? What if it Breaks?

Yes! All GoBrolly® service plans include a router, which is included in your service configuration. If it ever stops working, we’ll replace it at no cost to you. Customers* may use their own router, but ours must also remain onsite as it connects as a pass-through for optimal service and support.

Q: Do You Have an Activation Fee?

Yes. GoBrolly®s activation fees vary depending on installation type and contract term. We’ll always perform a Service Availability Test and explain all fees upfront before you commit. Please contact us at 913.837.4678 to discuss in more detail.

Q: What is Your Service Area?

We are continually growing. Currently, the GoBrolly® service area covers Louisburg, Paola, Bucyrus, Stilwell, Wea, Hillsdale and Hillsdale Lake, Spring Hill, New Lancaster, and Rutlader in Kansas. We’ve expanded east into Cass County, including Cleveland and Freeman, and south into Drexel, and recently north into Johnson County. However, it is important that we conduct a site survey at your location in order to guarantee a strong signal.

Q: I Am Not Sure What I Have Now!

We hear that a lot. You can check your Internet provider (either your phone or cable company) and your bill should have your plan on it. However, we find it is easier (and much faster!) to actually test your speed by using this cool little website . It shows you how much you have going up and what you have coming down. That will give you a starting point.
