In our continuing quest for Customer service excellence, GoBrolly vows to continually push the performance envelope with speed, data and price. Earlier in October, GoBrolly rolled out new plans for increased data and speed, and also automatically upgraded our Customers to match the enhanced packages. Customers who were enjoying the Basic, Basic Plus and Better-for-Video plans all received a notice that their plans would be faster with more free data and at no extra charge.
There was no price bump, no additional contracts to sign, no promotional codes they needed to mention. Our Customers just received an “appreciation” special by being loyal GoBrolly subscribers. All they need to do right now is enjoy a better Internet connection.
