Even though we just happen to be a company that provides a technical service to people, GoBrolly is, and will always be, a Customer focused company. We strive to give our Customers a superior choice for Internet access. But, how do we know if what we are doing is effective?

We ask.

We value what our Customers have to tell us, even if it is not what we want to hear. To this end, we have instituted an online survey.  This survey method is completely anonymous, unless you want to tell us your name, so that our Customers can be completely honest.

Our first survey we sent out was last week, and even though it wasn’t perfect, we thought is was great! People took the time to fill it out, were candid, and we learned a lot. We wanted to share what we learned.

Out of all survey responses:

79% Were positive, meaning they would recommend GoBrolly’s Internet Service and were very satisfied.
17% Were considered neutral, meaning that we had a little more to work on but they would still recommend us.
4% Were negative and thought we had a lot more to work on and would probably not recommend us.

When asked what would be the most important in an Internet provider (and asking them to choose only one) out of Reliability, Speed, Data, Customer Service, Price, Choice and Customization, and Other, the results came in as Reliability by far and away being the most important. Customer Service is the next most important, then Speed, then Price.

We also received many comments from our Customers, as well. Below are just a few:

“GoBrolly has amazing customer service! I would (and have) recommend their Internet services to anyone!”

“We have no other high speed Internet service at my address. Since I found out about you guys we had it installed within a week. I would prefer a plan with unlimited data but we don’t come close to what our plan allows. What you do really well is treating your customers very fair. When looking at overage charges I like how after $10 of overages you offer to bump the data up to the next plan but keep the speed currently. When service went down due to fiber optic main being cut at a road construction site, not your fault, by the time I figured it out and was going to call I noticed you already sent several emails explaining the situation. I quit worrying about it and moved on. Your service has been flawless so far and I have nothing negative to say about GoBrolly.”

“What does GoBrolly do really well? Communication and service. Awesome!”

“It is a very reliable service, I run meetings and rarely have connection problems.”

“Consistent daily transfer speeds up and down, any time of day so far!”

“They are easy to work with and dedicated to supplying top notch Internet access.”

Thank you for all your comments. We will plan on using this particular survey method once or twice a year to continually feel the pulse of the market and to ensure the highest quality of wireless Internet and Customer Service in the area.
